Each year, my Christmas logo is among my personal favorites and as always I’m proud to reveal this year’s effort after weeks of deliberation. So, without further adieu, please enjoy my Christmas logo.
The 2017 iteration of the Christmas logo sees a lot more color and elements than any of my past works. I wanted to create a fun, playful logo with the holidays that also paid homage to past Christmases. To that end, the “triple Christmas trees” icon at the very top is a direct reference to my Christmas logo way back in 2007, of which this is the 10 year anniversary.
Besides recognizing the past, this logo looks to the future with new graphics, color scheme and design, including more playful elements like the red Santa’s sleigh trailing off the top of the T, as well as the peppermint candy adorning the left-hand corner.
This logo was a passion project and I look forward to sharing more in a future blog post as to how I came up with it and some of the elements I played with to bring it to life. The end result is easily one of my favorites and I look forward to checking out feedback.
